My approach to therapy supports deep and lasting change. Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and focused on transformation. We go beyond talk therapy and work with both the mind and the nervous system so you can feel more grounded, balanced, and connected to yourself.

I take an integrative approach that includes somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and when it feels helpful, a gentle spiritual foundation. Healing happens on multiple levels. Together, we address the patterns that once served you and build the emotional regulation and self-trust that allow you to move forward with confidence and clarity.
