Our work goes beyond traditional talk therapy by engaging the nervous system, body, and deeper emotional experience directly. Emotional, somatic, and energetic shifts are recognized and reflected in real time, allowing patterns stored in the nervous system and body to reorganize at their root.. This creates lasting internal change, not just intellectual insight.

Many of the struggles people bring into therapy are not random, but adaptations developed over time in response to stress, trauma, or environments where they needed to protect themselves. Together, we work to understand these patterns with compassion, creating the conditions for meaningful and lasting change.

I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, attachment-focused work, and nervous system regulation to help resolve trauma, release stored emotional patterns, and create lasting nervous system change. This allows healing to occur not only cognitively, but within the body, where many experiences are stored.

My role is to help you recognize patterns that may be outside of your conscious awareness and bring clarity to experiences that have been difficult to understand or put into words. I am both intuitive and direct, offering clear reflection and insight that helps shift patterns at their root rather than only managing symptoms.

SESSION DETAILS

Taylor’s fee is $275 per 45-minute session. Sessions are offered in person in Redondo Beach and virtually throughout California.

Taylor does not have sliding scale openings at this time. Associate therapists offer sliding scale options based on availability.

Safety

Healing begins when the nervous system feels safe enough to soften and reorganize. This happens within a space where you feel deeply seen, understood, and supported, allowing the body to move out of protection and into regulation.

Attunement

Close attention is given to subtle shifts in emotion, nervous system state, and physical presence. Changes in tone, breath, posture, and energy are noticed and reflected in real time, helping bring clarity to experiences that may have previously felt difficult to access or explain.

Directness

Patterns, defenses, and emotional dynamics are named clearly and with care. This direct and intuitive reflection helps bring awareness to patterns that may be outside of conscious awareness, allowing meaningful and lasting change to occur.

Integration

Healing involves working with the mind, nervous system, and emotional experience simultaneously. By integrating emotional insight, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation, change becomes embodied and sustainable rather than purely intellectual.
