Becca Rosenberg
Becca is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. She works with teens and adults healing from complex trauma, emotional neglect, and experiences that have shaped their sense of safety, identity, and belonging. She supports clients who may feel deeply impacted by their experiences or emotionally disconnected, helping them understand patterns that developed as a way to cope and protect themselves.
Her approach is relational, trauma-informed, and strengths-based, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. By integrating EMDR and nervous system regulation, Becca helps clients process unresolved experiences, heal attachment wounds, and reconnect with their inherent resilience while developing greater self-trust and emotional stability.
Becca’s Fee
$200 per 45-minute session

Abbey Vince
Associate Therapist, AMFT
Abbey is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She works with children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She has a strong passion for working with athletes, supporting them through the mental and emotional challenges that can accompany performance, injury, and identity. Abbey also works with first responders, helping them process the emotional impact of their experiences.
Her approach integrates EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and a humanistic perspective to help clients process trauma, build insight, and create meaningful change. She also offers ocean-based therapy, providing an alternative setting for clients who feel more open and grounded in nature.
Outside of therapy, Abbey is an ocean lifeguard and competes nationally and internationally in surf lifesaving. She has spent time living and training in South Africa and competing in Australia, experiences that inform her work with athletes.
Abbey’s Fees
Individual: $175 per 45-minute session
Ocean Therapy: $225 per 45-minute session

Kelli Carson
Associate Therapist, AMFT
Kelli is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who holds a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. She works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges, and she specializes in couples therapy. Kelli supports couples who feel stuck in painful cycles or disconnected, helping them rebuild trust, strengthen emotional intimacy, and create more secure and fulfilling relationships.
Her approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment and psychodynamic work, somatic work, and DBT-informed skills to help clients understand and shift emotional and relational patterns. By incorporating somatic awareness alongside relational work, Kelli helps clients recognize how past experiences shape present dynamics and develop more secure and connected ways of relating.
Kelli’s work focuses on helping clients move beyond repeating patterns and create meaningful and lasting change within themselves and their relationships.

Individual: $175 per 50-minute session
Couples: $200 per 50-minute session

Ava Riccione
Associate Therapist, APCC
Ava is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor who earned her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University. She works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, emotional challenges, and life transitions. Ava approaches therapy with the belief that clients are the expert on their own lives, and she works alongside them to foster insight, strengthen coping skills, and process their experiences.
Her approach is collaborative, grounded in compassion, and shaped by creating a warm and supportive space where clients can be honest, challenged, and empowered to grow. Ava helps clients navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and self-understanding, bringing a thoughtful and approachable presence to the work, including a touch of humor when appropriate.
Ava’s work focuses on supporting clients in building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of direction as they move forward.

Mosa
Therapy Dog
Mosa occasionally makes a guest appearance around the wellness studio and is known for her calm energy, gentle presence, and impressive ability to quietly settle into whatever sunny corner she finds.
When she’s not at the studio, you’ll usually find her soaking up the sun, proudly carrying her tennis ball, or heading out for pack walks along the beach.
